Date Posted: 09/22/2025 Hiring Organization: Rose International Position Number: 488844 Industry: Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Job Title: Pharmacy Technician Job Location: Flower Mound, TX, USA, 75028 Work Model: Onsite Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:30 PM Employment Type: Temporary FT/PT: Full-Time Estimated Duration (In months): 3 Min Hourly Rate ($): 18.00 Max Hourly Rate ($): 20.00 Must Have Skills/Attributes: Data Entry, Inventory Control, Lifting, Pharmacy, Warehouse Experience Desired: Experience in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment (1 yrs) Required Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Required Certifications/Licenses: Pharmacy Technician License or Pharmacy Technician Trainee License **C2C is not available** Job Description Required Education: • Verifiable High School diploma or GED Required License/Certification: • Pharmacy Technician License or Pharmacy Technician Trainee License through the Texas State Board of Pharmacy in good standing Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience: • 3+ months professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing, and/or inventory environment • 3+ months basic data entry experience (entering values into a handheld RF device) • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more Pharmacy Technician Overview: • Manage pharmacy inventory, including purchasing, receiving, stocking, and reconciliation • Monitor product availability, shortages, returns, and expired items • Ensure workstations, refrigerators, and packing areas are stocked and organized • Maintain compliance with documentation requirements • Role requires attention to detail, ability to lift inventory, and working effectively in a fast-paced, team environment Job Duties: • Purchase and receive inventory, track and reconcile balances, and perform replenishment tasks • Put away inventory, perform cycle counting, manage return products, and monitor back orders and Days' Supply under supervisor direction • Manage returned goods per standard operating procedures and monitor product trends and shortages to maintain proper inventory levels • Ensure pharmacy pick stations are stocked with medications and supplies • Maintain dispensing and back stock refrigerators in an organized manner • Provide Operations Assistants with packing supplies and ensure pack stations are properly stocked • Monitor and pull short-dated or expired products from active inventory • File inventory and SOX documentation • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership Estimated Start Date: • October 6, 2025 Specific Details to Call Attention To: • Must hold a valid Pharmacy Technician License in Texas (trainee license may be considered) • Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more • Contingent position from October 6, 2025, to December 19, 2025 • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered. ** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements. ** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
