Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Management Associate to join our team. This role is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain comprehensive experience in management practices. The Management Associate will work closely with senior management to support strategic initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Business Licenses Management: Maintain and track all required licenses and permits for company operations, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with applicable regulations. Contract Administration and Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts with vendors, partners, and service providers to safeguard company interests. Chargeback Reversals and Related Contracts: Coordinate chargeback disputes and resolution processes, while overseeing related agreements. HR & Payroll Support: Conduct background checks, prepare offer letters, administer employee onboarding, and support payroll and HR management activities. Procurement Oversight: Monitor procurement policy compliance, vendor relationships, and purchasing approvals to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to standards. Cost Control & Inventory Management: Track operating expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage corporate-level inventory reorder levels for efficiency. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to corporate policies, hospitality regulations, and internal audits while preparing reports for management review. Cross-Departmental Support : Collaborate with Finance, HR, Operations, and Legal teams to streamline business processes and support overall company objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred. 2-4 years of experience in business administration, hotel management, or corporate operations. Strong knowledge of HR practices, contract management, and compliance procedures. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HR/Payroll systems. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
