Financial Project Management Washington, DC - Hybrid Approximate contract length is 4+ Months Candidate will need to come into the D.C. office once a week. Will need to present to senior leadership. Pay Rate: 70 - 85/hr Description: Responsibilities: - Revenue & Cost Recovery: Reconcile campaign details and costs between various applications. Provide trend reports identifying product usage among departments. - Monthly CPM Report Creation: Generate and publish time sensitive CPM reports for department owner consumption. - Monthly Chargeback Process Workflow: Develop and document the workflow of the monthly chargeback process. Identify and recommend process improvements. - Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect and document core components requirements for creating an automated reporting solution. - Tool Evaluation & Recommendation: Research and propose tools that support long-term departmental access to the report, ensuring ease of use, scalability, and data security. Qualifications: - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience in financial project management, preferably within a technology or marketing environment. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (proficiency in all of Microsoft Suite is preferred). - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. - Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Automation and Workflow: Experience in automating financial processes and developing efficient workflows. - Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments. Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or CPA (Certified Public Accountant). - Industry Experience: Experience in the digital marketing and technology environments, with a strong understanding of industry tools, platforms, and best practices. - Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
