Risk Manager Columbus, OH Full-time | 100% onsite Salary: $80-110K *higher range of the salary for those with industry experience* Our client-an established and respected name in the construction industry-is actively seeking a Risk Manager to strengthen their dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in safeguarding the company's operations. Your focus will include identifying and mitigating risks across contractual agreements, subcontractor performance, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operations. Perks: • A stable and growing company with over 75 years of proven success • Close-knit, family-oriented culture with appreciation lunches and holiday events • Comprehensive benefits including health coverage, 401(k) match, profit sharing, and generous PTO Responsibilities: • Review contracts and subcontracts to identify legal and risk issues, escalating complex concerns and supporting negotiations. • Manage subcontractor prequalification, insurance compliance, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with company standards. • Monitor and report claims activity, collaborating with brokers, carriers, and internal teams for timely resolution. • Maintain relationships with insurance, bonding, and banking partners, coordinating certificates, renewals, and documentation. • Partner with operations and safety teams to assess project-specific risks and develop mitigation strategies. Qualifications: • Bachelor's in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or related field. • 3-5 years in risk management or contract administration. • Experience with the Construction industry is strongly preferred. • CRM or ARM certification is a plus but not required. #LI-RM1 #LI-onsite
