Position: Project Coordinator Location: Granger, IN (100% onsite) About the Opportunity for a Project Coordinator: Join a collaborative team where organization, detail orientation, and proactive communication are key to success. Overview of the Project Coordinator role: Email Communication: Review incoming emails, acknowledge orders, and respond promptly to vendor and customer inquiries. Order Processing: Accurately enter purchase orders into the system, ensuring all details are complete. Order Tracking: Monitor vendor order status, confirm availability, and follow up on discrepancies to keep projects on schedule. Warehouse Updates: Provide the warehouse team with up-to-date order information for receiving and shipping. System Updates: Maintain accurate project visibility by recording order statuses in CAP and other systems (Outlook, Teams, AutoCAD). Filing & Documentation: Keep organized digital and physical records for POs, confirmations, and delivery documentation. Preferred Qualifications for the Project Coordinator role: Prior experience in purchasing, project coordination, or administrative support. Strong communication skills for both vendor and internal collaboration. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel); exposure to CAP or AutoCAD a plus. Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-through skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
