Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate Accounting & Reporting Are you a Big 4 auditor or corporate accountant looking to make the leap into a high-growth, dynamic environment? We're hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to join a lean, high-impact corporate finance team where your work will be seen, valued, and rewarded. You'll work closely with divisional controllers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive accuracy, insight, and improvement across the organization. What You'll Do: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes using a consolidation system (Onestream or similar) Review divisional financial statements and perform detailed balance sheet analysis, with a focus on inventory and reserves Collaborate with accounting teams across multiple locations to streamline and improve the close process Provide accounting guidance to ensure financial statements are materially accurate and compliant Assist in preparing data for external reporting and SEC filings Contribute to internal management reporting, ad hoc analysis, and special projects Support government census reporting and other regulatory filings What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred) 3+ years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 or regional firm) or corporate accounting within a public manufacturing company Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal control concepts (SOX experience preferred) Experience with financial consolidation tools and ERP systems Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive mindset Why Work Here:  Tremendous growth - The company is expanding rapidly through organic growth and strategic acquisitions  Career development - Your good work is recognized, and there's room to grow across corporate accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, and business units 欄 Collaborative culture - Tight-knit team where everyone knows everyone, and your voice matters  High visibility - Work directly with senior leadership and gain exposure to strategic decision-making  Balanced schedule - In-office 4 days a week, with 1 remote day Yearly Compensation $90,000 - $110,000 plus benefits #INSEP2025 #LI-SP2 #ZRCFS
