Engage directly with customers to troubleshoot wireless, mobile, and internet issues resolving concerns quickly and professionally using Frontier's advanced support tools. Provide hands-on support with device setup, firmware updates, and wireless performance optimization to ensure a seamless experience. Recommend and sell Frontier's wireless and internet solutions, matching customers with the right plans, upgrades, and add-ons to enhance their service. Build strong customer relationships by offering expert advice and personalized service in a retail or service center environment. Stay up to date on the latest Frontier products, promotions, and technology trends to better serve and sell to customers.
