Job Title: Customer Account Specialist Job Order: 152177 Location : Fort Worth, TX (76116) | Onsite Compensation & Schedule: • $20-$25/hr based on experience based on experience) • Flexible start time: 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm • Full-time • Start date: October ROLE IMPACT As a Customer Account Specialist, you will manage high-volume order processing, client communications, and issue resolution across multiple accounts. Acting as a key liaison between operations and customers, your attention to detail and proactive service will directly influence customer satisfaction and business continuity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Enter and verify customer orders in ERP systems, ensuring accuracy in pricing, lead times, and product details • Generate and follow up on sales and freight quotes for internal and external stakeholders • Coordinate with operations to manage order timelines, warranty issues, and special delivery needs • Own customer relationships"”respond to inquiries, resolve escalations, and provide proactive updates • Maintain and distribute reports, activity logs, and confirmations through portals, email, or EDI • Support Sales Reps with account updates, quote tracking, and client communication • Prepare documents for international shipping, RMAs, and credit processing • Participate in planning meetings, cross-functional initiatives, and customer experience improvements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or GED • 3-5 years of customer service experience, including B2B account support • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • ERP/order entry platforms • Microsoft Excel • Microsoft Word • Microsoft Outlook • CRM or quoting tools (e.g., Marcola) • Document management systems PREFERRED SKILLS • Background in manufacturing, hospitality, or retail industries • Ability to multitask in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments • Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills #FW123 By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
