Position Details: Title: Analytical Laboratory Technician Position Type: 1 year contract with additional opportunity contingent upon performance and continued business need Job Location : Indianapolis, IN Shift: 8AM-5PM Benefits : 401K, Dental insurance, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance Compensation: $22 Key Responsibilities Conduct experiments and perform laboratory testing in a safe and compliant manner. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment. Prepare and analyze samples to support impurity identification and structural elucidation. Assist with small-scale lab activities and support troubleshooting for manufacturing processes. Document and communicate results clearly and accurately. Collaborate effectively with team members and follow SOPs and safety protocols. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred for some teams). 1-2 years of laboratory experience in research, manufacturing, or engineering. Hands-on experience with laboratory instrumentation; HPLC, GC, and LCMS preferred. Strong foundation in analytical techniques and equipment setup.
