Position Details: RN - Psych Inpatient Adult - Fort Wayne, IN Location : 1720 Beacon Street, Fort Wayne, IN, 46805 Shift Timing : 7pm-7am EST Project Duration : Fulltime / Permanent job Sign-on Bonus : Up to $12,000 Relocation Bonus : $2,500 - $5,000 Job Summary: Provide care and emotional support to patients who are recovering from an injury or illness. Work with patients to help them regain their strength and independence. Collaborate with others to create individualized plans that meet the needs of each patient. Educate patients and their families about the recovery process. Inform patients about what to expect during rehabilitation and how to cope with challenges. Teach patients and their families how to prevent further injuries or illnesses. Ensure patients are receiving the best possible care from their healthcare team. Communicate with insurance companies so patients receive the coverage they need Job Requirements: Previous Inpatient Psych experience preferred BLS required IN or compact RN license Requires a Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
