HR GENERALIST A leading manufacturing client in the Columbus-area is seeking an HR Generalist to assist with HRIS management and front desk coverage. Salary is $60-$70k, DOE ABOUT OUR CLIENT Work in a modern corporate environment with easy Downtown parking Gain exposure to diverse HR projects and administrative operations Experience a supportive and professional workplace culture The HR Generalist will support daily functions and also have the opportunity to assist with exciting, ad hoc projects Enjoy working in a collaborative environment in a role with high-visibility RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR GENERALIST The HR Generalist will review, verify, and approve all UKG Pro system changes for accuracy The HR Generalist will assist with HR administrative tasks, including filing and special projects Provide front desk coverage as needed, including phone reception, call routing, and guest greetings Handle package acceptance and provide general office support, as needed PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HR GENERALIST Must have UKG Pro or multi-HRIS platform experience Must possess polished verbal and written communication skills Intermediate Excel skills (including LOOKUPS) are a significant plus Salary is $60-$70k, DOE
