Contract Opportunity: Cash Receipts Specialist (Non-Profit Client) Location: Beachwood, OH (Fully Onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Duration: Full-Time | November 2025 - January 2026 Industry: Non-Profit / Philanthropy Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cash Receipts Specialist to support one of our non-profit clients located in Beachwood, OH . This is a full-time, fully onsite contract role covering the high-volume year-end donation season from November 2025 through January 2026 . In this role, you'll be responsible for handling incoming payments, applying donations to donor accounts, and working closely with the finance and development teams to ensure accurate and timely processing. Key Responsibilities Accurately process cash, check, and electronic payments received from donors Apply payments to donor accounts using internal systems Identify and resolve discrepancies in payment applications Assist with donation reporting and reconciliation tasks Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of donor and financial records Perform administrative data entry and documentation as needed Prior Experience: Prior experience in cash receipts, payment processing, or donor services Working knowledge of Blackbaud platforms (e.g., Raiser's Edge) preferred Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Availability to work onsite in Beachwood, OH , full-time from Nov-Jan Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
