Essential Functions of the Customer Service Representative Role Connect with customers directly regarding Frontier's residential internet, TV, and phone services delivering clear, accurate information aligned with campaign standards. Troubleshoot service-related issues using documented workflows and support tools; escalate unresolved cases to technical teams with complete context and system notes. Process account updates, service plan modifications, and billing adjustments with precision, ensuring compliance with Frontier's operational protocols. Document all customer interactions, resolution steps, and service activity in Frontier's CRM system to support continuity and follow-up accuracy. Coordinate with billing, technical support, and operations teams to ensure full resolution of service concerns and alignment across departments. Capture and report recurring customer feedback, service trends, and support gaps to leadership for continuous improvement of campaign processes.
