What You'll Do as the Cash Applications/AR Specialist: Apply incoming customer payments (ACH, wires, checks, credit cards) to accounts and invoices. Research unapplied cash and resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately. Partner with internal teams and customers to resolve short-pays, chargebacks, and misapplied payments. Maintain organized AR documentation and account records. Assist with month-end close by preparing reconciliations and reporting as needed. What You'll Bring as the Cash Applications/AR Specialist: 1+ year of experience in cash applications, accounts receivable, or a related accounting role. Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering; VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables a plus). Ability to manage high transaction volumes while staying accurate and organized. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and follow-through. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
