Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify customer requirements and recommend the most suitable plans and devices. Master product knowledge across a diverse range of wireless devices, accessories, and service plans, staying updated on new offerings and industry trends. Accurately process customer applications, activations, and service changes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building lasting relationships that encourage referrals and repeat business. Collaborate with Wireless Customer Sales Advisor Members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and high-performing sales environment.
