This entry-level role is the cornerstone of our customer experience, serving as the primary point of contact for clients. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for helping others, we want to know you better! Your Role as a Telecommunications Customer Support Representative Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing polite, professional, and knowledgeable support via phone, email, and live chat. Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to billing, technical support, and service upgrades. Listen to customer feedback and identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional Frontier products and services. Effectively troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, guiding customers through solutions step-by-step. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM database. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Stay up-to-date with new product features, services, and industry trends alongside fellow Telecommunications Customer Support Representatives to provide the most accurate information. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with their service.
