Overview of the Order Entry/Customer Service Representative The Order Entry/Customer Service Representative will track shipped orders, collaborate with client executives, and ensure a positive client experience. This role is ideal for an organized individual aiming to provide customer service in a fast-paced environment, working with a team that values detail, accuracy, and time management Key Responsibilities for the Order Entry/Customer Service Representative Manage open orders and track shipment details of open orders. Create invoices for orders. Collecting dues for invoices. Provide great first point of contact service. Solve client issues through an understanding of our client's organization and structure. Works closely with the Client Executive team. Preferred Qualifications for the Order Entry/Customer Service Representative 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order entry, or Sales Support role Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient interpersonal and email communication skills. Intermediate Excel skills - Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs Excellent time management skills. #ZRCFS
