HumanHire is partnered with a leading manufacturer in their search for a Maintenance Technician to support their facility's 1st shift in Shelbyville, IN. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing production/facility equipment, performing preventative maintenance and inspections, and fabricating or adjusting parts as needed to support production. We are seeking maintenance techs and mechanics with industrial manufacturing and CNC experience to join their growing team! Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of facility and production equipment using the right tools, diagnostics, and safety-first approach Collaborate closely with machine operators, supervisors, and other departments to resolve issues quickly and effectively Prioritize urgent repairs without losing sight of long-term maintenance needs Follow clear instructions while also taking initiative when working solo Maintenance Technician Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or GED 4+ years of prior aerospace or industrial manufacturing experience required Hands-on experience working on facility and CNC machines required Must possess advanced technical training/experience in PLC controls, electrical, hydraulics, plumbing, and pneumatics systems Skilled in reading and interpreting safety protocols, operating procedures, maintenance instructions, and technical manuals with accuracy and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet) If you're interested in learning more about this opportunity, please apply with your resume for immediate consideration and a recruiter will be in contact within 48 hours if qualified.
