Financial Analyst - Pricing Drive Strategic Growth Through Data-Driven Pricing & Financial Insights Are you a financial professional with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for strategic pricing? Key Responsibilities  Strategic Pricing & Profitability Planning Partner with firm leadership to develop innovative, data-backed pricing models aligned with business objectives. Design financial frameworks for client fee proposals, optimizing structure and competitiveness. Analyze historical and current performance data to uncover trends, cost-saving opportunities, and profitability drivers. Identify key cost and risk factors to create scalable pricing models across practice groups. Apply scenario modeling techniques to support strategic planning and successful fee negotiations.  Oversight & Budgeting Create practical tools-templates, checklists, and trackers-for engagement budgeting and forecasting. Monitor ongoing matters to ensure financial goals and fee arrangements remain on track. Collaborate with legal teams to align engagement plans with resource needs and financial accountability. Ensure accurate billing setup, including rates and client-specific notes, in the firm's financial systems.  Rate Development & Optimization Support the annual rate-setting process by researching market benchmarks and competitive intelligence. Maintain and audit billing rates and custom pricing in financial systems. Coordinate client communication around rate adjustments and billing preferences, ensuring compliance with third-party billing platforms. 燐 Data Analysis & Financial Reporting Generate recurring and ad hoc reports on pricing effectiveness, matter profitability, and resource utilization. Use business intelligence tools to turn complex data into interactive dashboards and visual reports. Provide analytical support for billing strategy projects and profitability modeling. Partner with the Analytics team to uphold data integrity and enhance reporting accuracy. What You Bring Strong analytical and modeling skills Experience in pricing, financial planning, or FP&A, ideally in a professional services or law firm environment Proficiency in business intelligence tools and financial systems Excellent communication and collaboration skills Why Join Us?
