Key Responsibilities: The Part-time Billing Specialist will be responsible for a variety of administrative and billing-related tasks, including: Project Set-Up (40%) : Entering cost data and contract amounts into the ERP system via the project booking portal Estimating Sheet Management (25%) : Transferring estimator information into ERP and Excel templates Salesforce Administration (20%) : Closing out quotes, running workflows, and maintaining internal portals Billing Support (15%) : Assisting with project billing and contributing to system implementation projects as needed Qualifications for Part-time Billing Specialist Candidates: Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail Comfort working with numbers and structured documentation Proficiency in basic Excel functions (adding, summing, simple calculations) Preferred: Experience with GP (Great Plains) Familiarity with Salesforce Prior billing experience in a manufacturing or project-based environment The Part-time Billing Specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance and project management.
