Why Join Our Client Flexible schedule designed to support health and work/life balance Three weeks of paid time off to recharge and refresh 401(k) plan with company match to support long-term financial goals Growing organization with a meaningful community presence and over 50 years of business stability Positive, team-oriented culture where your contributions are valued Modern office in a convenient and desirable location Compensation: $110,000 - $150,000 Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee all financial and accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cost accounting Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with supporting analysis for management decision-making Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to align with organizational goals Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable FASB standards, maintaining strong internal controls and audit readiness Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other external financial partners Oversee tax planning and regulatory reporting requirements Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting and finance team, fostering professional growth and collaboration Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience Excellent communication skills and ability to partner effectively with executive leadership #LI-TM7 #INSEP2025
