The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering propane throughout 16 counties in Northeastern Ohio. This role requires a strong understanding of operating a commercial vehicle, including one with a manual transmission, PTO Pump, and 150-foot propane delivery hose reel. The ideal candidate will ensure safe deliveries while adhering to daily delivery requirements and company policies. Responsibilities: Operate commercial vehicles for the delivery of propane. Navigate routes effectively while maintaining compliance with traffic laws and regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and functionality. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours driven. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes or delays. Utilize applicable equipment when necessary for loading and unloading tasks. Experience: Proven experience in truck driving, preferably with a focus on HAZMAT, Class B, commercial driving. Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is essential. Previous delivery driver experience, showcasing an understanding of route driving dynamics, is a plus.
