Free Parking) Responsibilities: Controller will oversee day to day accounting operations utilizing QuickBooks and Controller will assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close Controller will manage student billing Controller will complete balance sheet recs and bank recs Controller will produce schedules during the annual audit. Controller will provide capital campaign support and track funds coming in Controller will produce financial statements Controller will approve payroll Controller will support CFO in review of budget items finalized for 2026-27 school year Controller will completed ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested Requirements: 5-7+ years' experience Degree in accounting or finance Excel - pivot tables, VLOOKUP's CPA is a plus but NOT required School or nonprofit industry experience a plus Previous QuickBooks, , or ADP payroll experience is a plus Personality Fit: Enjoys being a part of a school community Team player Excited to support mission in education Friendly Annual Salary: $120K - $135K Qualified candidates please submit your resume for immediate consideration for this exciting job opportunity! #INSEP2025
