As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in executing Frontier's D2D sales strategy while supporting team performance and customer acquisition goals. The Sales and Customer Service Team Member guides new representatives, oversees sales activity across assigned territories, and ensures consistent delivery of Frontier's telecom solutions to residential clients. Essential Functions of the Entry Level Assistant Manager Role Lead Frontier's Door-to-Door sales efforts by executing territory-based outreach strategies and consistently exceeding individual performance targets. Provide mentorship and coaching to junior representatives, enhancing their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills. Support the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with Frontier's D2D standards. Monitor team performance metrics and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting for leadership review. Resolve escalated customer concerns and service inquiries with professionalism and advanced problem-solving capabilities.
