CFS has partnered with a growing company that's looking to hire a Payroll Manager. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing all activities required to support the record maintenance and processing of hourly and salaried payroll across multiple sites in various states. Flexibility Excellent Benefits ESOP Company Very Stable Family Friendly Culture Payroll Manager Responsibilities: Supervises Payroll administrators, ensuring that all processes are executed appropriately and timely. Operates as the subject matter expert and escalation point to resolve issues and continuously looks for improvements in operational processes. Defines standards and reusable approaches within the Payroll functions. Reconcile payroll accounting and oversee the reconciliation of general ledger payroll accounts. Ensures compliance with all relevant reporting standards including taxes, tax filing, garnishments, and interfaces. Oversees tax and regulatory reporting, quarter end and year end payroll activities including the production and distribution of all employee tax statement and notifications as required by federal, state, and local laws. Payroll Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred 5+ years of Payroll experience in a large, fast paced, customer focused environment required. 2+ years of Payroll supervision experience required Multi-site payroll experience a plus Kronos and/or UKG experience preferred Union payroll experience is a plus Proven collaboration and ability to work cross functionally among other areas of the business Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to effectively manage, coach, and develop a team. Salary: $75,000-$90,000
