Why This Role Matters As the RN Clinical Manager, you'll oversee all direct patient care services provided by clinical personnel, ensuring exceptional quality, compliance, and operational excellence. You'll be at the forefront of patient-centered care "” supporting staff, guiding care plans, and driving performance initiatives that make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. What You'll Do Lead and manage clinical operations for the Buffalo Grove branch Oversee patient assessments, care plans, and case assignments Guide and mentor clinicians to ensure quality, compliant, and timely care Monitor documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance (Medicare, CMS) Partner with leadership on revenue goals, budgeting, and operational strategies Support staff development through training, performance reviews, and coaching Participate in marketing, community relations, and referral source engagement Step in for direct patient care only in emergencies Serve as acting Branch Director when needed What We're Looking For RN license in Illinois (or compact state license) Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing 2+ years as an RN, including 1+ year of management in home health, hospice, or similar environment Home health experience required (OASIS experience required; certification preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Preferred: Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience & CMS PDGM billing knowledge Benefits + Perks Bonus Plan: Quarterly + annual incentives Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, paid holidays, volunteer time, parental leave, short/long-term disability, life insurance, and more Career Development: Leadership training, certification opportunities, and advancement within a nationwide healthcare network
