Inventory Accountant

About the Role: Are you a detail-driven accounting professional with a passion for inventory and cost analysis? We're seeking an experienced Inventory Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting month-end close, and ensuring compliance with internal controls-all while leveraging the power of Oracle Fusion . Key Responsibilities: Manage and reconcile inventory transactions across multiple manufacturing sites using Oracle Fusion. Perform monthly inventory valuations and cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis. Partner with operations and supply chain teams to investigate variances and improve inventory accuracy. Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reporting. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies related to inventory and fixed assets. Assist in audits and provide documentation related to inventory and costing. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of inventory accounting experience in a manufacturing setting. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP system. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and finance teams. Knowledge of standard costing, BOMs, and inventory controls.
