Energize the Crew: Join team huddles to align and motivate, learning to set the pace. Coach & Grow: Assist in 1-on-1s to boost associate performance and team vibe. Solve Problems: Support smart, quick decisions to keep the showroom humming. Live Our Values: Bring our Vision, Mission, and Values to life every day. Bridge Locations: Work one shift per week in Johnstown, PA, and cover there during the manager's PTO to build connections and know-how. Who You Are: A clear communicator who keeps things sharp and on point. Quick, reliable, and organized, even in the retail hustle. A people-person who builds trust and motivates teams. Ready to lift 75 lbs. with help for product demos. Flexible for 8-12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 2-4 years of retail management experience (commission-based a plus).
