Business Development Trainee Responsibilities Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, provide guidance, and recommend AT&T products and services that deliver real solutions. Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships through attentive service and consistent follow-up. Execute the full sales process, from initial outreach to closing, while developing negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
