Office & Operations Assistant Location: Pleasantville, NY Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Compensation: $25/hr About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office & Operations Assistant to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, partnering with the Director of Field Operations to ensure smooth service delivery, excellent customer service, and efficient administrative support. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Field Operations team to schedule service appointments, manage inquiries, and accurately input job information into the project management system. Coordinate with project managers and third-party vendors to track service delivery and ensure timely project completion. Answer and direct incoming calls while providing excellent customer support. Perform accurate and efficient data entry, maintaining organized and up-to-date records. Assist with filing, proofreading, and handling office correspondence, including permits and warranty registrations. Maintain calendars and schedule appointments/meetings to support effective time management. Provide clerical and administrative support to team members to enhance overall productivity. Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, reporting, and collaboration. Requirements Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish. Previous experience in an office, clerical, or administrative support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with accounting or project management software is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. High attention to detail with strong computer and data entry skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Reliable with consistent attendance and time management.
