Finance Manager Location: Northbrook, IL Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 Our client, a growing company in the consumer products industry, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. Why You'll Love This Opportunity: Competitive compensation with strong benefits package (401K with match, PTO, medical/dental/vision) Hybrid schedule - up to 3 days remote High visibility and collaboration with leadership Opportunity to shape the role and grow within the company Free lunch provided on in-office days Positive, supportive culture with strong team collaboration Key Responsibilities: Lead the commercial pricing process, balancing volume growth, market share, and profitability Build and manage demand forecasting models across a large private label portfolio (SKU/Customer/Location/Month) Develop and drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP), ensuring cross-functional team accountability Deliver accurate financial forecasts and driver-based models to support P&L performance Execute retail data reporting and market analysis to provide insights on trends and competitor activity Partner with Sales, Procurement, and Manufacturing to support pricing, promotions, assortment, and distribution decisions Conduct financial projections, sensitivity analyses, and competitive benchmarking for strategic planning Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings and drive process improvement initiatives Provide demand planning inputs for new product launches, promotions, and service challenges Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required (MBA/Master's preferred) 5+ years of forecasting experience in the food or CPG industry Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and ERP/forecasting tool expertise Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and accountability
