Schedule Day shift, 4x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Respiratory Therapist with experience in high-level pediatric care settings, including NICU, PICU, and CVICU. The successful candidate will work primarily with pediatric patients and may float to various children's rehabilitation and neonatal intensive care units across the region. Responsibilities Provide respiratory care for critically ill pediatric patients in NICU, PICU, and CVICU. Administer respiratory therapies and manage ventilators as per protocols. Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and communicating effectively with the healthcare team. Float to Shaker Children's Rehab, Fairview NICU, Akron NICU, and Hillcrest NICU as needed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have an active Ohio RRT license. Minimum of two years of experience in pediatric respiratory care. Certifications: NBRC, BLS, Advanced NRP, and PALS are required and must be active at the time of submission.
