Behavior Therapist Role This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the life of a child. We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Therapists. Key Responsibilities: Implement individualized behavior plans and protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) under their guidance. Collect and record data on client behavior and progress. Provide one-on-one support to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff. Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/emotional skills. Requirements: Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the BACB. No additional experience needed beyond the experienced you gained in the RBT certification process. Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations. Lots of energy, playful, creative. Tech savviness- learn our data collection software and use basic office software. Benefits: $22.50 / hour - depending on RBT experience. $1,000 signing bonus. Paid drive time/ mileage reimbursement. Paid time off earned for every hour worked.
