AR Specialist

Job Description: Salary: Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join their team and support the day-to-day AR functions for commercial and residential properties. Office situation: 100% on-site! Offering: $65,000 - 75,000 Competitive compensation! Annual Bonus: Increases with each year of tenure. Benefits: Health, vision, dental, life, and AD&D insurance (base health plan fully covered by employer). Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 4% company match. AP Specialist Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred but not required). 4-5 years of accounts receivable experience in a corporate setting. Background in commercial and/or residential property management is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. AP Specialist Responsibilities: Process invoices, ensuring accurate coding, data entry, and approvals. Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies as needed. Maintain accurate records and assist in vendor communications regarding payments. Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and AR best practices. Handle a high volume of invoices with precision and efficiency. Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills in vendor interactions.
