Payroll Administrator ($65K-$70K) Administers the payroll function in compliance with federal regulations, state regulations and company policy. Our clients are construction companies with certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements. Responsibilities of Payroll Administrator: Enter and review employee time via work orders with assistance from payroll admin, into M-job (time tracking system) 2x per week. Process payrolls weekly on Tuesdays Prepare weekly union benefits reports & cut checks to applicable unions Complete garnishments weekly through websites and writing checks. Enter and review completed payrolls and necessary information into state reporting websites (EBO, LCP, Prism) Address any issues that come up with payroll and/or certified payrolls from employees and/or contractors such as voids, missing payrolls, missing time. Work closely with HR Director in regards to new employee set up, terminations, layoff, promotions etc. Work with IT (Mjob, PVault) with program additions and issues as they come up Enter Direct Deposit information, Loans, garnishments, tax information as needed Oversee payroll process and punches in MJob Prepare and send monthly utilizations reports and certified payroll packages Prepare monthly union benefits reports & cut checks to applicable unions Union Audits, OCIP Audit and Contractor Job Audits-gathering information depending on what the auditor is requesting. Annual Prevailing Rate changes form SMC & Union Employees EEO 1391 for contractors-as requested. Annual AC 2948-as requested by contractor Update vacation time and PTO for employees in PTO tracking system and reset employees. Requirements of Payroll Administrator: 3+ years full cycle Payroll experience within Construction required #ZRCFS
