Senior IS Technician

Job Overview: We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Senior IS Technician to support the refurbishment, staging, and configuration of IT hardware used in retail environments. This position involves physical labor, technical repairs, and asset management, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Refurbish, repair, configure, and perform quality assurance (QA) on returned store hardware equipment. Stage and configure new IT hardware prior to shipment to field service technicians and stores. Administer asset tracking through CVS's internal inventory management systems. Process warranty claims and maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory movement. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area while adhering to safety and handling guidelines. Lift and move hardware equipment regularly (up to 30 lbs independently, up to 80 lbs with assistance
