Accurately complete all sales-related documentation, including order entry and reporting, adhering to quality standards. Actively participate in sales meetings and training to support team objectives. Meet monthly sales targets set for the Customer Support Specialist Complete all administrative duties related to product sales following established procedures. Stay informed about competitor activities and report relevant changes in pricing, marketing, or sales tactics. Attend and successfully finish required training programs alongside the Customer Support Specialist team.
