Responsibilities of the Director of SEC Reporting Key player in supporting SEC readiness and ongoing reporting for SEC and other external reporting requirements. Lead ongoing implementation and update of accounting standards. Suggest and lead continuous improvement processes. Work with internal and external auditors. Additional duties as assigned.
