Job Title: Division Order Analyst Location: Morgantown, WV Salary: $90,000-$100,000 + Bonus Education: Bachelor's degree required About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Division Order Analyst to join our growing, collaborative team. This position plays a critical role in managing land accounting functions, ensuring accurate royalty and working interest distributions, and maintaining compliance with contracts and lease agreements. Key Responsibilities: Manage revenue distribution by reviewing land contracts, title opinions, and lease agreements. Ensure accurate payments to royalty and working interest owners. Utilize Concur and advanced Excel skills to manage data and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in land accounting. Support process improvements to drive efficiency in division order management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Land Management, or related field. Minimum 3 years of Division Order experience required. Strong knowledge of land contracts, royalty interests, and lease agreements. Proficiency in Excel, and Concur.
