Part-Time Accounting Specialist (Onsite) Location: 100% Onsite (Denver) | Monday-Thursday | Casual Dress Code About the Role Our client, a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand recently expanding into wholesale, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Specialist to join their team onsite. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consistent, high-volume environment and enjoys learning new systems and processes. The Accounting Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring daily financial transactions are accurately posted and reconciled. Key Responsibilities The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for the following core functions: Accounts Receivable (70%) Post daily Ecommerce deposits Enter vendor vouchers into NetSuite Match and post a high volume of of transactions; investigate and resolve unmatched items with support from teammates Ensure all transactions are posted daily, especially during high-volume periods Accounts Payable Support (30%) Assist the team with basic payables tasks Help track down contracts and provide general support as needed Minimum Requirements To succeed as an Accounting Specialist , candidates must meet the following qualifications: Must-Haves Deep, hands-on experience with NetSuite Strong understanding of the order-to-cash pipeline for tangible goods Intermediate Excel skills (import/export CSV files) Bias to action: proactive, curious, and eager to learn Pluses Backend Shopify experience Familiarity with or similar platforms Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal Accounting Specialist is someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do. Compensation This part-time role is based on a full-time equivalent salary of $57,000 - $60,000 annually. Actual compensation will be prorated based on agreed hours.
