Controller Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 + bonus Location: Orlando, FL About the Company and the Controller Opportunity Our client is a well-established operator in the real estate industry, managing a diverse portfolio of properties. They are focused on strategic acquisitions and efficient property management to drive long-term success. They are seeking a Controller to grow with their team and play a key role in managing financial operations. Controller Responsibilities: • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis for properties • Manage account reconciliations and compliance with financial obligations • Supervise transaction processing and system entries • Manage corporate financial reporting and ledger oversight • Develop and implement financial processes and controls • Support external audits and reporting requirements • Guide accounting staff in operational tasks • CAM reconciliations Qualifications for the Controller Role: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of accounting/finance experience preferably in property management.
