Your Focus: You'll serve as the operational and executive leader for a 20-person division that delivers a range of specialized services, including Arc Flash Studies and Compliance Services, Electrical Safety Training in accordance with NFPA 70E, Engineering and Design, as well as Field Services and Data Collection. Your mission: Develop and implement the growth strategy for the service lines Inspire a team of experts that is currently 10 engineers, 6-7 field techs, 3 trainers, and 2 arc flash specialists Oversee P&L, budgeting, and forecasting Build cross-functional alignment between design, training, and field operations Represent the business to key clients, leadership, and stakeholders
