Job Title: Finance Operations Supervisor Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid Schedule) Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Finance Operations Supervisor to join our growing Finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong foundation in accounting, a passion for analytics, and a drive to improve systems and processes. You will supervise two Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialists and play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, streamlining operations, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based in Columbus, OH. It is also considered a potential stepping stone for future leadership opportunities within the Finance and Accounting organization. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations, including supervision of AP/AR staff Manage weekly transaction accounting and monthly close processes Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business operations and leadership insights Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance data accuracy and streamline workflows Assist in the implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools Document and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) Review hourly payroll and expense reports weekly Provide coaching and developmental support to finance team members Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business operations Strong Excel and data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Experience with NetSuite is a plus #INSEP2025 #ZRCFS #LI-LC1 #LI-Hybrid
