This role focuses on transformation, optimization, and scalability, supporting leadership through projects that enhance systems, processes, and decision-making. What You'll Do: Finance Transformation Manager Lead finance transformation projects, including ERP system enhancements, automation, and process reengineering Partner with FP&A and Accounting to design scalable processes across multiple global locations Drive M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration to ensure seamless transitions Deliver forecasting, reporting, and analytics improvements to support global growth Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives Develop and present materials to executives that influence organizational decision-making Experience Preferred: Finance Transformation Manager Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 6+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally with exposure to transformation initiatives, ERP upgrades, or M&A integration Strong background in FP&A, financial reporting, and strategic planning #ZRCFS #INSEP2025 #LI-MD6
