Loan Servicing Representative

Sun West is a nationwide full-service mortgage lender with 40 years of experience and is proudly family-owned. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that will act as the liaison between our company and our family of homeowners. A successful candidate must be able to grasp new concepts quickly, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and take pride in seeing tasks through to completion. Room for advancement!!! $20.00 to $25.00 per hour Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will demonstrate an aptitude for effectively solving complex customer service issues while delivering best in class service regarding home mortgage loans Qualifications: Customer Service Call Center experience Collection experience is a plus Mortgage experience is a plus Bilingual - Spanish is a plus Requisite Skills: Strong written and verbal communication Active listening Excellent time management Identify and assess customer's needs Provide accurate, valid and complete information Ability to comprehend and follow directions Computer skills and ability to adapt to company systems Ability to multi-task and remain focused Document clear and concise comments Accept and apply constructive feedback Note: This position has the option to work remotely or from the corporate office located in Cerritos, CA.
