Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Specialist - Ft. Lauderdale, FL SNI Companies is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our client in the transportation industry. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. The position follows a hybrid schedule: 2 days remote and onsite in Ft. Lauderdale. Responsibilities: Enter approximately 200 invoices daily into SAP accurately and efficiently Match POs, delivery receipts, and invoices to ensure accuracy Maintain organized transaction records and vendor files Assist with month-end and year-end closings, including reports and reconciliations Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies Manage the AP inbox and maintain prompt, professional communication Support the AP team and broader finance department as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of direct accounts payable experience Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite Moderate to advanced Excel skills Ability to work in a high-volume environment Willingness to commit to a minimum 6-month contract Other Details: Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Job Type: Contract (with possible extension) Reports to: Manager of Accounts Payable Benefits: Health insurance after 30 days of employment Pay: $25/hr
