Payroll & Accounts Receivable Specialist - Hybrid | Madison, WI We're working with a respected public agency in the Madison area to fill a Payroll & Accounts Receivable Specialist role. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong attention to detail and a background in finance or accounting to contribute to a mission-driven organization. Key Responsibilities: Process biweekly payroll accurately and ensure timely reporting Assist with payroll compliance and documentation Manage accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation of accounts. Managing lock box payments, processing payments.
