Summary: Rose International is seeking a qualified and driven individual to join our team as an IT Recruiter. This role centers on identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier IT professionals across a range of technical disciplines, supporting eight or more strategic, high-volume local IT accounts. The ideal candidate will bring experience managing multiple requisitions and collaborating with client hiring managers. Familiarity with account management practices"”such as maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring alignment with client expectations"”is a plus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide high touch, high quality recruitment services for hiring managers with IT talent needs. • Grow placement activity with existing accounts • Represent the Rose brand in Staffing and Total Talent Solution services with hiring managers and key client stakeholders. • Attend local and regional networking and supplier diversity events as needed to represent Rose International. Required Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting for technical roles in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of successful IT placements. • Excellent presentation, communication, time management and interpersonal skills • High regard for confidentiality • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Excellent customer service skills, and business etiquette • Mature mind-set in interactions with all levels of staff • Strong computer skills with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft programs required • Bachelor's degree desirable • Ability to meet regularly with candidates and client managers in downtown Chicago, with flexibility to travel throughout the assigned region as needed.
