What We Love About This Role: Long-standing, respected organization with a strong reputation for serving the community Supportive and collaborative team environment that values growth and development Great work-life balance with minimal overtime and flexible scheduling Competitive benefits, including low-cost health insurance, paid vacation, and personal time Fun perks such as free access to fitness facilities, golf courses, and seasonal programs Direct mentorship from senior leaders and opportunities for advancement A unique, engaging workplace environment surrounded by community events and programs Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes, including invoice coding, batching, check requests, and vendor payments (checks and ACH) Oversee and maintain the Purchase Card (P-Card) program, training staff, reconciling statements, and ensuring compliance Serve as a key point of contact for vendors and staff, resolving inquiries, discrepancies, and preparing financial reports Coordinate vendor payments and utilities, ensuring tax-exempt status is applied correctly and refunds are issued when needed Perform account analysis, reconciliations, and support month-end/year-end close processes Maintain accurate vendor records, including W-9s and 1099s, and monitor reporting compliance Assist with audits, RFPs, and board reporting while ensuring adherence to internal controls and records retention policies Play a vital role as the go-to AP Administrator for process improvement initiatives Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in accounts payable, preferably as an AP Administrator Associate degree preferred Previous experience working within a government entity or municipality a plus Familiarity with Incode software preferred but not required Strong knowledge of P-card programs and reconciliation processes #ZRCFS #INSEP2025 Experience with financial statement preparation and reporting Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player If you're a skilled AP Administrator looking to bring your expertise to a respected and community-driven organization, this could be a great fit!
