We're partnered with AT&T to bring premier telecommunications solutions to local businesses, and this role is the cornerstone of our strategy. Your mission will be to not only find new clients but to cultivate lasting partnerships. What Client Relations Representatives are responsible for: Represent AT&T to a variety of small and medium-sized business clients, explaining the value of their B2B services. Proactively engage with business owners in a client-facing capacity to understand their communication and technology needs. Sell and recommend customized AT&T solutions, wireless, and mobility solutions Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and build a strong client base. Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and persuasive sales presentations. Collaborate with other Client Relations Representatives and the sales team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new clients. Maintain a deep understanding of AT&T's products and services to answer client questions accurately.
